At RCM Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, items can be returned within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the parcel.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
